Thick and strong- you’ll rerun a trust and have strength of character. Long- you’ll keep the trust for a long time. Short- you’ll pay the trust soon. Swollen- you’ll fall ill. Withered- miser will come to you. Hair on it- you’ll go into debt. Twisted- you’ll be disgraced. Broken- you’ll fail in your purpose. Cut by known person- You lost things will be found. Sit on one’s neck- you’ll overcome your enemy.
A long neck symbolizes trust (amaanat) and the Deen of Islam and the upholding of these two. A short neck will naturally imply a person’s weakness and inability in upholding them.
If the neck is severed from the body it means that the person will become free if he is a slave or he will recover from his illness or he will soon be freed of his debts.
The same dream could also be interpreted as follows: he will proceed for Hajj; or if he is distressed, he will soon find relief; or if he is in fear, it will be removed.
